Looking for Regional Assistant for the Carolinas

Fulltime position - MUST have 5 yrs exp. as Executive Assistant. Must have strong computer and communication skills. Must be proficient in Word, Excel Spreadsheets, Adobe, Facebook, Microsoft Outlook and PowerPoints. Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and be learning based. Must be a self-starter and multi-tasker. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, making travel arrangements for executives, setting appointments and calendaring same, ability to prioritize and handle confidential information.
