Formerly as team leader of the Keller Williams Realty Denver-West Market Center, she pioneered documentation and accountability systems for real estate agents, helping others to draw upon her prior success as a mega agent. Her entrepreneurial spirit and industry renown have resulted in many industry honors and awards, including the Stevie Award for the Best Sales Coaching Program; an appointment to the President of the United States’ Business Advisory Council; Denver Entrepreneur of the Year in 1984 and 1991, and Denver Businesswoman of the Year in 1986, 2003 and 2004.

Buddy Norman was named president of KW Commercial in 2008, and took the lead in creating a market-leading new division within Keller Williams Realty. A true leader in commercial real estate with more than two decades of experience within the industry, Buddy has served in several leadership positions within international commercial real estate firms, including as The Staubach Company and Burnham Real Estate.
He has built new divisions and trained commercial brokers all over the United States – including Dallas, Atlanta, Washington D.C. and San Diego. A consistent top producer, Norman has averaged approximately 400,000 square feet per year in commercial leasing and sales transactions over the last 10 years.
Vice President of Franchise Systems
As vice president of franchise systems, Ginger Gibson is focused on meeting the company’s growth and profit share goals, bringing a higher level of accountability and profitability to regions and market centers, and ensuring the company’s business model is implemented effectively in market centers across North America.
Gibson joined Keller Williams Realty in 1996 as an agent in Tulsa, Okla., and quickly expanded her level of responsibility to become the regional director of the Ohio Valley and Mid-American Regions. In 2005, the executive team tapped Gibson to join the leadership team.
Lane serves as General Counsel for Keller Williams Realty, Inc. After graduating from the University of Houston Law Center in 1994, Lane was selected to serve as Briefing Attorney to the Honorable John Powers with the Texas Court of Appeals, Third District in Austin, Texas. Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty, Lane was a Litigation Partner at the law firm of Cantey Hanger, LLP. She brings more than fourteen years of experience to her position.
Vice President of Publishing & Executive Editor
Jay Papasan serves as Gary Keller’s co-author and executive editor on best-selling titles that include: The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, and SHIFT: How Top Real Estate Agents Tackle Tough Times.
Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty, Jay spent several years as an editor at Harper Collins Publishers, where he worked on such best-selling books as Body-for-Life by Bill Phillips and Go for the Goal by Mia Hamm. A graduate of the New York University graduate writing program, his freelance work has appeared in Texas Monthly and Memphis Magazine.
Vice President of Market Center Administration
In 2006, Sharon Gibbons was appointed vice president of market center administration. In this role, Gibbons oversees the support systems of all market center administrators (MCAs) in the Keller Williams system.
Prior to this role, Sharon served as the vice president of financial and administrative systems, and was responsible for managing all profit share, payroll and expenses for the company. Gibbons is a 25-year veteran of Keller Williams Realty and is one of its founding associates.
Executive Director of Technology
Cary Sylvester joined Keller Williams Realty International in 2002 as a consultant to the technology department, where she now serves as the Executive Director of Technology. She is responsible for the strategic vision for eAgentC, Keller Williams Realty’s agent-led technology initiatives. Sylvester also has oversight over all IT operations, including product development, infrastructure support and customer support. Prior to joining Keller Williams Realty, she worked as a consultant for Oracle, and with Database Consultants, Inc., as well as an implementation manager for Copera, Inc., and as a database architect at Dell Computer Corporation. She is an Oracle Certified Professional.
